Samsung Wireless Qi charging station
The Samsung wireless Qi charging pad as seen on the Rita Ora TV commercial for the Galaxy S6. This Qi charger will glow blue during its charge and turn green once complete. One of the best looking charging pads available. The lights give it really futuristic look and also help notify you of the current status. If you happen to place your phone incorrectly on the charging pad, the lights will blink. As the phone charges, the light will transition from a deep blue to a lighter shade, before turning green. The Samsung Qi charger is available in black or white. -more info.
BlitzWolf Fast Charge Qi Wireless Charging Pad
The BW-FWC1 is a lightweight wireless charging pad with fast charge technology. Featuring built-in safety measures to protect your smartphone and a gentle blue glowing ring on the base indicate the charging status. – full review.
CHOETECH Stadium Qi Wireless Charging Pad
The Stadium Qi Wireless Charger Charging Pad by Choetech has an elongated shape which houses 3 coils as opposed to one to make positioning your phone easier than a regular circular shaped wireless charger. It should be noted that an AC adapter is not included, but most phone owners already have a ton of mains adapters kicking about, so that shouldn’t cause a problem. -more info.
EC Technology – Qi Wireless Charging Pad
The Ultra slim EC technology Qi wireless charging pad is only 6mm thick making it one of the thinnest wireless chargers available, with most others looking more like ice hockey pucks. This coffee coaster sized charging pad features intelligent induction to prevent overcharging with an automatic standby mode once the battery is fully charged. -more info.
Anker PowerPort Qi Wireless Charger
This Ultra slim Qi charger is made by Anker, who in my opinion is one of the leaders in quality charging devices. Every Anker device I have tested has been spot on, and this wireless charger is no exception to the rule. Very similar in size and design to the EC Technology QI wireless charging pad. One nice feature to this Anker Powermat is the LED indicator light which is designed to be far more subtle and less likely to cause a problem should you place the QI charger next to your bed at night. -more info.
RAVPower Wireless Charging Pad
Much like Anker charging devices, RAVPower also make some really good quality products and rock bottom prices. This wireless charging mat, is basically the same shape and size as most phones and is also available in white. -more info.
CHOE UPGRADED Qi Wireless Charger
The Choetech upgraded charging mat is available in black, grey, white or blue colours and has a square shape with rounded edges. This wireless charger is very reliable and has had a ton of positive reviews. It’s one flaw is the brightness of the LED, unlike the Anker charging pad, this one is too bright in my opinion. This isn’t a problem if the charging pad is going to be used in an office, but if you intend to place this wireless charger next to your bed at night, you will definitely need to wack some tape over the LED. -more info.

I like the look of the Anker slim coaster. Anker makes great products.
I had no ideal my Galaxy had the wireless charging feature until I saw that Rita Ora S6 TV commercial! – I should really read the manual! I bought the EC QI charging pad and it works like a dream!
Hi Cloe, Thanks for leaving a comment, the EC Qi wireless charger is really good value for money, not quite as pretty as the Samsung Qi charger that Rita was using though 😛
I think I’ve only ever plugged a charging cable into my galaxy S6 one time when I first bought it, I have a QI charger upstairs and one in my living room downstairs they work flawlessy
Hi Patty,
Thanks for the comment, I believe the S6 phone is equipped with both types of wireless charging technologies, so it’s definitely the perfect phone for this method.
